
Today I reached my two month mark on my weight loss program. I’ve kinda backtracked a bit this month being busy with school and all but I still managed to lose 8 pounds. Again, it’s not much, but it’s actually a good thing I slowed down. I’ve been getting loose skin on my upper arms and it’s not good. But I’ve got it under control now by working out my arms more. So my total weight loss comes to 19 lbs. so far. I’ve gone from 200 lbs. flat to a pretty sweet-looking 181 on that weight scale. Haha. Just need this one last push and I’ll be ready for summer. LET’S DO THIS!
